Professional Background

William R. Stifel is a Senior Associate of Arbor Realty Capital, William started his professional career in asset management and value-add strategies for a family office in Southern California. With a strong background in commercial real estate, William joined Arbor Realty Capital Advisors to cater to the company’s burgeoning office and retail leasing department.

Responsibilities

In this role, Mr. Stifel specializes in Landlord and Tenant representation for commercial transactions and has represented institution landlords as well as national and local tenants throughout Los Angeles in the commercial sale and lease transactions. Mr. Stifel has assisted clients with sales and leasing of their commercial properties ranging in size from 500 to 130,000 square feet.

Mr. Stifel has been involved in some of the most well-known and publicized restaurant leasing deals in Los Angeles in recent memory, including representing the founders of Sprinkles Cupcakes in the rollout of their new concept Pizza which has achieved national recognition. Mr. Stifel has also been charged with leasing projects from the ground-up, including the Greystar Avila and Hudson buildings in Pasadena. Mr. Stifel’s attention to detail focuses on helping clients structure transactions to best meet their goals.
