Professional Background
Courtney Lackey has been a commercial real estate professional since 1989. Her diverse roles have included asset management, real estate management, marketing, leasing, rebranding and redevelopment of retail portfolios throughout Southern California and the Midwest. She has worked on all types of retail assets including super-regional malls, power centers, and neighborhood shopping centers. Over her career, she has managed over $1 billion in assets and has extensive experience in developing business plans, cash flow budgets and fiscal strategies to maximize property value and achieve ownership objectives.
Ms. Lackey started her career with JMB/Urban Retail Properties Company and “learned the ropes” while working on a redevelopment and expansion of a super-regional mall. She was subsequently promoted to oversee her own portfolio. In addition to JMB, Ms. Lackey has held positions with Jones Lang LaSalle and CBRE. She has worked with some of the largest institutional investors of real estate in the United States.
Over the years, Ms. Lackey has been passionate about helping her clients achieve top dollar for their assets through the disposition process and brings this experience to Arbor Realty Capital Advisors. As a dedicated, enthusiastic, and highly motivated leader, Ms. Lackey places tremendous emphasis on seizing initiative and seeing a venture through to prompt and successful completion.
Giving back to the community is paramount to Ms. Lackey and she is involved in various charitable organizations including the Juniors of Social Service, Girl Scouts USA, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. World Mercury Project and a Founding Board Member of SCVi Charter School.

As Managing Partner of Arbor Realty Capital Advisors, Joshua Levy has over 32 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in investment sales, closing over $5.5 billion in transactions to date. Before starting Arbor Realty Capital Advisors, Inc, Mr. Levy was Senior Managing Director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF, formerly known as Grubb & Ellis Company) where he led his team to become the preeminent Capital Markets team in the firm’s Downtown Los Angeles office. Prior to his tenure at NGKF, Mr. Levy was Vice President of Investments at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services for seven years, where he was ranked year after year as one of the top Investment Sales Advisors at the firm. Prior to Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Levy spent nine years with the Grubb & Ellis Company. Mr. Levy and his team were ranked number one in Investment Sales in the firm’s LA North office. Prior to Grubb & Ellis Company, Mr. Levy was an investment associate at Prudential in their PREA program office in Los Angeles, CA.
Mr. Levy’s expertise allows him to excel in the analysis, disposition, and acquisition of core, core plus, value-add, and distressed assets, as well as in the creation of property and portfolio level business plans. Mr. Levy is also highly versed in Debt and Equity placements and in the entitlement and ground-up development business.

William R. Stifel is a Senior Associate of Arbor Realty Capital, William started his professional career in asset management and value-add strategies for a family office in Southern California. With a strong background in commercial real estate, William joined Arbor Realty Capital Advisors to cater to the company’s burgeoning office and retail leasing department.
Responsibilities
In this role, Mr. Stifel specializes in Landlord and Tenant representation for commercial transactions and has represented institution landlords as well as national and local tenants throughout Los Angeles in commercial sale and lease transactions. Mr. Stifel has assisted clients with sales and leasing of their commercial properties ranging in size from 500 to 130,000 square feet.
Mr. Stifel has been involved in some of the most well-known and publicized restaurant leasing deals in Los Angeles in recent memory, including representing the founders of Sprinkles Cupcakes in their rollout of their new concept Pizzana which has achieved national recognition. Mr. Stifel has also been charged with leasing projects from the ground-up, including the Greystar Avila and Hudson buildings in Pasadena.
