We know that rumors can spread and that this is bad for your business. Any conversations had with us regarding your interest in our firm will be held in strict confidentially.
FIT & CULTURE
We are big on fit and culture. The last thing we want for you to do is join the firm to quickly realize it’s not for you. To make sure there is alignment we have 4 questions we ask all those interested in joining our firm, and if we feel there is a disconnect we will let you know immediately.
EXISTING RELATIONSHIPS
We respect your existing relationships. As a part of your induction process, we ask you to identify who your largest and best clients and then check them against existing relationships within our firm. If there are overlaps, we want you to know about them early, as well as ideas on how we would address those overlaps if any before you commit to your move.
NO ONEROUS CONTRACTS
We also hate onerous contracts – our basic independent contractor agreements are exactly 5 pages.
NO HAGGLE TITLE & FEE SPLIT SYSTEM
We utilize a no haggle title and fee split system. Our titles and splits are our based on your trailing 24-month earnings and years of experience. If you are interested, You can request the title schedule here.
